Club AEI Rules of Engagement
The “Rules of Engagement” is a combination of several documents you might otherwise see in a group setting. Members of Club AEI must agree and adhere to what is outlined in this document, as well as the AEI Play Nice Agreement and the Club AEI Charter.
One might think that the AEI Play Nice Agreement would suffice, but apparently not. This is simply a long and painful read. Enjoy, or not. Basically, if you live by the Play Nice Agreement, then most of these issues will not be a problem.
In order to use the AEI site, you must abide by this Anti-Spam Policy. Spamming is defined as the sending of unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email. These are transmissions that are sent to recipients as, e.g. an advertisement, without first obtaining prior confirmed consent or “opt-in” to receive them from the sender. If you send unsolicited email to recipients who have not requested to receive it, your email transmission will be considered to be SPAM. Since AEI does not have the ability to send or receive emails, this includes the use of AEI membership lists, in whatever format they may be available, as a source for sending emails in a bulk manner.
AEI has no ability or obligation to monitor your compliance with this policy, but will take seriously the reports and complaints from other members.
It is the suggestion of AEI that members do not post messages on any AEI forum which contains personal and private information. The goal of this site is to help one another, and no personal information is required for this.

Copyright Infringement Policy
Reporting Copyright Infringement
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. AEI will act in ways consistent with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) 17 U.S.C Section 512(c)(3)(A).
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by a website for which AEI is providing, then contact David Lee Crites at email@example.com for resolution.
PLEASE NOTE: Misrepresentations made in your notice as to whether material or activity is infringing may expose you to liability for damages including costs and attorneys’ fees. In some cases use may be protected by the fair use doctrine under U.S. Copyright Law. Therefore it is suggested you are sure that a copyright infringement has been made before making the report.
AEI reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies if it becomes aware of any unlawful activity and not perform any services it deems to be in violation of these policies. AEI may take immediate action, including, but not limited to issuing warnings and suspending or terminating the services. In the event we take such action, we shall not be obligated to refund to you any fees paid in advance thereof.
